Landmass Wine Service Policy

Landmass aims to create an exceptionally warm and hospitable wine service experience by offering more than just to-go bottles.

To offer our guests a space and service that make enjoying wines on site possible, a modest service charge of $15 will be applied to bottles of wine served on site.

What does the service fee cover?

Think of it like this:

Buying a bottle to take home is like buying ingredients to make dinner yourself.

Enjoying that bottle here is like ordering dinner at a restaurant with service.

The wine is the same, but the experience isn't. 

When you enjoy a bottle at Landmass, we're providing a beautiful place to gather, thoughtful service, clean stemware, and someone to take care of the many hidden details so all you have to do is
enjoy the company .

This service charge helps us keep our bottle prices fair while creating the kind of experience that's worth lingering over.
