Landmass Wine Service And Corkage Policy

Landmass aims to create an exceptionally warm and hospitable wine service experience by expanding beyond retail and to-go bottles.

A modest service charge, aka “corkage”, of $15 will be applied to bottles of wines served on site.

The corkage fee simply helps support the hands-on service and space that make enjoying wine on site possible, even when the bottle was purchased here. It allows us to keep our bottle prices fair while continuing to create a space where people can slow down, enjoy wine together, and feel taken care of.
