Our NV (non-vintage) Willamette sparkling wine is absolutely delicious. Made in the Champagne Method, we age this wine for no fewer than 36 months to create a sparkling wine that is elegant yet playful. Vibrant notes of lemon curd, chamomile, and pineapple upside-down cake.
This wine is comprised of 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir.
